1. Paying Your Fees

1.1. Tuition fees must be paid in full or in approved instalments.
1.2. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
1.3. A Payment Schedule is issued upon acceptance of an unconditional offer.

Late or Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the stated due date, AferNova reserves the right to suspend access to the Online Learning Platform, assessments, and related services until full payment is received.

2. Payment Method

2.1. Payments must be made by bank transfer. Bank details are provided on the invoice.

Currency and Transfer Fees

All fees and charges are invoiced and payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Any bank charges, international transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the student and must be paid in addition to the invoiced amount.

4. Additional Charges

• Assessment/Exam Additional Attempt: £100
  • Course Completion Letter – Hard Copy (UK): £60
  • Course Completion Letter – Hard Copy (International): £80
  • Certificate – Hard Copy (UK): £60
  • Certificate – Hard Copy (International): £80

5. Goods & Services Tax (GST) for Distance Learners

5.1. Students outside the UK may be required to pay GST based on their country of residence.
5.2. GST will be itemised on invoices where applicable.
5.3. Students must ensure their address is accurate for correct tax application.
5.4. Countries where GST currently applies include Australia (10%), China (6%), Denmark (25%), France (20%), Germany (19%), India (18%), Italy (22%), Singapore (9%), and Spain (21%).
5.5. The GST rate is determined at the time the invoice is issued.

GST Applicability Disclaimer

GST, VAT, or equivalent consumption taxes are applied in accordance with international tax regulations in force at the time of invoicing. Tax applicability and rates may change, and the invoice issued by AferNova shall be the definitive record of any tax charged.

6. GST Queries and Changes

6.1. If GST applies and the student wishes not to proceed, they may withdraw by contacting info@afernova.io before the payment deadline.
6.2. Afernova updates its GST registrations based on international tax regulations.

7. Fee Validity and Refunds

Fees are fixed once an invoice has been issued and accepted. AferNova reserves the right to revise fees and charges for future cohorts or programmes at its discretion.

Refund Authority

All refunds, where applicable, are governed by AferNova’s Refund Policy. This Fees & Charges Policy does not override or replace the Refund Policy.
