Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at the Afer*Nova. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative flair for content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote Afer*Nova‘s brand, engage with our audience, and drive enrollment in our courses and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for Afer*Nova’s courses and academic programs.
• Create engaging and compelling content for Afer*Nova’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and values.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, campaigns, and promotions to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives, such as driving website traffic, increasing course enrollments, or promoting events.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising, and incorporate new strategies and technologies into Afer*Nova’s social media strategy.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in social media to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in Afer*Nova’s social media presence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including admissions, academic departments, and student services, to gather content and insights for social media campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management, preferably in the education or academic sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling copy and visuals for social media posts and ads.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, and website analytics is desirable but not required.
